A Cisco Premier Partner Certification shows an organisation that a their team has completed, and continues to carry out indepth training in their focus areas, such as Collaboration or Video/Telepresence. Cisco Premier Partners must reapply for this certification on a yearly basis to ensure continual compliance with these stringent requirements.

VideoCentric have been awarded PSPP for Healthcare recognition, based upon our experience in providing collaborative solutions into the healthcare sector. PSPP (Public Sector Partner Programme) is given only to select partners who prove their ability in a select public sector vertical and enables our team access to a specialist team of Cisco Healthcare experts, as well as preferential pricing.
Gold Partner, Cloud Master
VideoCentric is one of only two Video Conferencing Integrator to be fully acccredited at Gold Level with Lifesize, and are the UK’s only Lifesize Cloud Master.
Lifesize Gold Partner
The prestigious Lifesize Gold Programme has been awarded to VideoCentric, only one of two partners in the UK to receive this level of recognition. The Gold partner level demonstrates our expert ability to understand, sell and support both Lifesize infrastructure platforms (UVC) and Lifesize Cloud services, and provides VideoCentric with a unique channel into Lifesize for product development, escalation and roadmaps.
Our teams carry out regular Lifesize Sales and Technical specialisation training, and our demonstration suite includes one of every Lifesize endpoint, the Lifesize Infrastructure and Lifesize Cloud, along with legacy Lifesize endpoints and services for customers to test, compare and integrate with.
Lifesize Cloud Master
VideoCentric are the UK’s first and only Lifesize Cloud Master, recognising our ability to deliver Lifesize Cloud based solutions to the Enterprise, and ensure ongoing success for customers who have implemented Cloud across their organisation. The Cloud Masters programme is designed to unify selected partners with Lifesize by providing specialised tools, training and improved communication, alongside higher levels of support and adoption services for customers.
Poly (Previously Polycom and Plantronics)
Poly Gold Partner; RealPresence Video, RealPresence Platform, Installed Voice, Microsoft Optimised Devices, Conference Phones
VideoCentric are a long standing partner of Polycom, and have both sales and technical teams accredited in all areas of Polycom Video Technologies, including Polycom RealPresence Infrastructure, Polycom Endpoints and Polycom Voice Solutions. In 2019, after it’s acquisition by Plantronics, Polycom became Poly and VideoCentric were awarded the UK’s first Poly Gold Partner status.
Polycom RealPresence Video Endpoints Certified
The Polycom RealPresence Video Endpoint Certification is achieved through regular training and assessment of VideoCentric’s account managers and technical teams, demonstrating our up-to-date knowledge of all the latest Polycom Video Endpoints, including the Polycom Group Series, Polycom Mobile, Polycom Centro and Polycom HDX Series solutions. Polycom also require Video partners to hold demonstration equipment, of which VideoCentric greatly exceeds by holding one of each of the Polycom endpoint series, both installed in house and for demonstrations at customer sites.
Polycom RealPresence Platform Certified
The Polycom RealPresence Platform Certification demonstrates the VideoCentric teams ability to successfully plan, deploy and support RealPresence infrastructure within a customers network. Our in-house demonstration suite also includes the Polycom RealPresence Platform, and our teams are continually expanding their knowledge of not just Polycom RealPresence infrastructure, but integrations of the infrastructure with other third party solutions, including Microsoft Skype for Business and Cisco solutions.
Polycom Installed Voice & Conference Phones
VideoCentric are an Installed Voice Partner and have been trained in both Polycom Installed Audio solutions for voice and/or Video Conferencing. We recognise the importance of Audio alongside video, and our sales, technical and engineer team have completed Polycom training to ensure we hold expert knowledge across the board with Polycom solutions.
Microsoft Optimised CX Devices
Polycom is one of the leading manufacturers of Microsoft Optimised devices for the meeting room and boardroom, and our teams are accredited in sales and support of Microsoft Optimised CX devices, including the CX8000 for Skype for Business, the CX5100 and CX5500 Unified Conference Stations and the CX Desktop phones.
VideoCentric is one of just a handful of partners awarded Barco Gold Partner Status, demonstrating our commitment and investment in solutions that increase the effectiveness of collaboration in the workplace. Gold Partner status for Barco is the highest level of accreditation available for Barco partners.
Our Gold Partnership
VideoCentric begun working with Barco to provide wireless Collaboration systems into meeting rooms, boardrooms, huddle spaces and lecture theatres. The Barco ClickShare solutions provide a high quality wireless data sharing capability that VideoCentric recognised as a much needed and sought after component for developing tailored visual collaboration solutions for corporate, educational and healthcare needs.
VideoCentric have been awarded Barco Gold Partner status, which demonstrates our commitment & investment in solutions that increase the efficiency and productivity in the workplace. VideoCentric are trained to be able to support & maintain these integrated collaborative solutions as customer sites. VideoCentric are just 1 of 12 partners in the UK to hold this expert level of accreditation, the highest partner level available from Barco.
On-premise and Cloud Partner
VideoCentric holds the highest level of accreditation for Pexip, and is a UK and international authorised partner for both the virtualised platform for on-premise, and for software as a service (SaaS). Pexip have also authorised VideoCentric to use the Pexip service as the backbone to the VideoCloud 365 cloud based Video Conferencing service.

VideoCentric are a SMART Gold Business Partner, the highest level of accreditation for SMART Interactive Technologies available, and one of just a few selected Gold Accredited SMART partners in the UK. VideoCentric also has SMART Factory Trained Installers to ensure the highest levels of professionalism and installation excellence.
SMART Gold Partner
SMART introduced an accreditation programme to ensure all SMART Technology solutions that are installed within a business or corporate environment are done so by a skilled and accredited partner. A SMART Gold Business Solutions partner demonstrates a partners ability in selling and supporting SMART equipment, and is awarded to organisations such as VideoCentric, who have met the stringent sales and technical competencies required to successfully deliver SMART’s interactive collaboration technologies in a professional and qualified manner.
SMART Factory Trained Installers
VideoCentric engineers are also certified as SMART Factory Trained Installers, providing your organisation with the confidence that our on-site technicians are fully accredited and trained to plan, install and integrate your projection systems and interactive whiteboards. The SMART Factory Trained Installer certification is carried out directly with SMART, and demonstrates individuals abilities to meet a high level of professionalism and commitment to installation excellence.
