RealPresence CloudAXIS Suite delivers an intuitive web user interface that makes it easier for you to safely and securely connect with anyone outside your organization and firewall. As the host, you easily drag and drop all actively online participants into your videoconference from the collected presence information in your global directory. Once you start the call, your invited participants receive a hyperlink in their chat window of their social or video application and, in one click, are immediately placed into your Polycom enterprise-grade video collaboration session through their browser.

1. Client - software plugin for host PC that enables a user to connect with others

2. Global Directory - collects presence information from all participants who are actively online from the hosts social and video apps including Skype, Facebook and Google Talk and then imports those contacts into the CloudAXIS global directory using standards based XMPP technology or API integration.

3. Flexible Resource Broker - an extension to the RealPresence Platform , a cloud orchestration software stack that dynamically and automatically allocates and brokers crucial resources such as bandwidth, databases, sessions, and media, to ensure an optimal user experience and to deliver cloud economics.

4. Cloud System Manager - an extension to the RealPresence Platform, the front end of the CloudAXIS that interfaces via self-service Web portals and APIs with end-users, enterprise administrators, and operators’ OSS/BSS systems for comprehensive management.
