There are three options for the SMART education 885 system. The board can be purchased alone, or as part of an integrated system. The 885i5 is an integrated system that combines a widescreen 16:10 interactive whiteboard and a 3D and HD-ready short-throw projector, a multiuser Pen Tray, SMART Notebook software, SMART Pens and an interactive eraser. The 885i5-A also includes a pair of USB speakers. The natural user interface and innovative features encourage collaboration, which can help your business become more effective, efficient and productive.
Widescreen Interactive Whiteboard
Access 20% more workspace than a standard interactive whiteboard system. Ideal for businesses using widescreen laptops and monitors, the 885 interactive whiteboard has an 87" (221cm) interactive whiteboard and the integrated systems have a projector that offers a 16:10 aspect ratio and native WXGA (1,280 x 800) widescreen resolution. You can attach a high-definition camcorder, Blu-ray Disc player or widescreen laptop to the extended control panel to give your students a true-to-life multimedia experience, without the distractions of letterboxing or distortion.
USB Speakers
The USB Speakers from SMART is the A part of the 885i5-A bundle. Add audio to your interactive whiteboard system with two 14-watt, stereo amplified speakers that provide consistent sound level in rooms up to 1000sq.ft. (93 sq m). See docs/downloads tab for speaker technical information.
UF75 Projector
The UF75 Projector from SMART is the "i5" part of the 885i5-A bundle. The SMART UF75 ultra short throw projector offers improved shadow reduction and enhanced brightness, and it's both 3D and HD ready. It has a throw distance of approximately 0.6m, provides 2,500 lumens in standard mode and projects crisp images with high contrast and colour quality. The UF75 projector has a HDMI input and offers widescreen 16:10 aspect with support for 16:9, 4:3 and 5:4 ratios with scaling.
