Last year, Cisco announced the end-of-sale for the Cisco TelePresence MX200 G2 and TelePresence MX300 G2 as the 2nd May 2018. Cisco announced that 1 year following this – May 2nd 2019 – would be the last possible date to order a new service-and-support contract or add the equipment and/or software to an existing service-and-support contract.
Customers with a service contract in place before the 2nd May 2019 will be able to extend or renew a contract up until July 28th, 2022, with the last date to receive service and support for the product being May 31st, 2023.
