CCS awards VideoCentric a place on £5bn Network Services 2 Framework

Leading UK solutions integrator for Video Communications, VideoCentric, has announced that it has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service (CSS) Network Services 2 (RM3808) framework. Public Sector organisations will now be able to benefit from a comprehensive portfolio of Video Conferencing Services (Lot 8) and Unified Communication Services (Lot 10) provided by VideoCentric.

The new £5 billion framework went live in August 2019 and is expected to last 4 years, replacing the previous Network Services (RM1045) framework. Network Services 2 provides the public sector with access to specialists within telecommunications, network services and cloud communication solutions across 13 lots. All services are aligned to the objectives of the UK public sector, including achieving cost savings, improving citizen user experiences or deploying secure and agile productivity tools for the changing workforce.

This new framework award adds to VideoCentric’s already available cloud-based Video Conferencing and Collaboration services via the G-Cloud 11 framework, reinforcing VideoCentric’s commitment to providing video-based services for improving into the UK public sector.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2018/19, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth £945m – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
