VideoCentric to acquire
VideoConferencing Maintenance Business from
Advanced Video Systems Ltd.
Wokingham,
Berkshire, UK – August 15, 2003 -- VideoCentric
Limited, the VideoConferencing and Streaming
Specialists who resell and integrate voice
and video communications over IP and ISDN
networks have agreed terms with Advanced Video
Systems Limited to manage its installed based
of customers from the beginning of August
2003.
As an authorised reseller of Polycom, Tandberg,
SONY, VCON and RADVision systems, VideoCentric
already offers its own customers total video
communications solutions complete with installation,
maintenance and training services across
the UK and overseas. The acquisition of
Advanced Video Systems’ maintenance
business will mean that existing customers’
support contracts will continue un-interrupted.
