VideoCentric Achieves Cisco Premier Partner Recertification

VideoCentric announced today that it has been awarded Premier Certification from Cisco for 2015-2016. To be recognised as a Cisco Premier Partner, the team has proven that it can meet rigorous standards of product knowledge, network competency, service, support and customer satisfaction set by Cisco, in addition to achieving technology specialisations in Cisco Collaboration and Video Communications.
For Cisco fiscal year 2016, the Premier Certification also requires partners to ensure a solid process and customer offering for Hybrid IT and cloud models, a new requirement that demonstrates a partners ability to sell either a Cisco Cloud service or managed service based on a Cisco reference architecture.

As a Cisco Premier Partner, VideoCentric demonstrates a range of knowledge and expertise including achieving the Cisco Collaboration Specialisation. VideoCentric has also integrated Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and demonstrate a measurably high levels of customer satisfaction based on independently audited customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT’s).
