 WHAT IS THE CISCO SX80?

The Cisco SX80 Codec is a powerful audio and video collaboration engine. It enables high-definition  collaboration applications to be incorporated into large meeting rooms, boardrooms, and purpose-built or vertical designed rooms such as training, briefing, healthcare suites, demo rooms, and auditoriums.

The codec offers an impressive set of inputs and outputs and is easily adaptable to specific needs and bespoke installations. VideoCentric’s have installed the Cisco SX80 into many unusual boardrooms and vertical application spaces, including MDT rooms in hospitals that have required a large number of devices to be shared, and spaces where regular international meetings take place where multiple displays, cameras and microphones are located around the room, i.e. with the Precision 60 camera installed at the back of the room to give the presenters a “stage” at the far end.
