VideoCentric offers a variety of training courses and seminars customised on a per customer basis. Training courses are run for various levels of ability including general user training, refresher training (included 4 x per year via video with most maintenance) and technical training, and are tailored dependent on the equipment, level of understanding, business requirements and size of training group.

VideoCentric also partners with and appoints professional independent trainers with full training accreditations where it does not have the in-house skills to guarantee excellence and customer satisfaction. Training can also take place outside the UK for overseas customers (conditions apply i.e. minimum numbers of participants).

Training can take place at either your own premises, if equipment has already been installed, or at VideoCentric's HQ in Wokingham, Berkshire, if more appropriate. Training can also be carried out via video, for example, refresher training, at VideoCentric premises in Scotland, or at a partner or manufacturers site if deemed more suitable for location/equipment etc.

Training courses are available for an evening or as an after school session, a half day, full day, or longer if required. General training sessions are usually suitable for 2 - 6 participants, but all aspects of the training can be tailored and VideoCentric are experienced in training one-on-one, small groups and at large seminars - don't hesitate to contact us and we will find a suitable course for your needs.
