If you are experiencing problems with your videoconferencing system and you have a live maintenance contract with VideoCentric, please send an email to support@videocentric.co.uk providing the following information:
- Name
- Company
- Preferred contact method (E-mail or telephone)
- Serial number of the system (this can be found either written on a label on the actual physical device or in the system’s menu)
- Brief description of the fault
One of our engineers will get back to you as soon as possible to try to diagnose and fix the issue.
