IMPORTANT

Before you install VC Commander you need to ensure that your Windows XP/Windows Vista system is running the Microsoft .Net framework version 1.1. Download it here (once installed, please run Windows update to install any fixes/updates that Microsoft may have released.)

You must also installed the Microsoft Managed Drivers for DirectX. Download it here.
