The VideoCloud Premium HD Desktop is a professional Premium point-to-point video conferencing service that enables PC, Mac and iPad users to use their device as if it was a 720p HD professional video conferencing system.

The Premium HD Desktop includes Firewall Traversal, SIP/H.323 transcoding and enables high level travellers, home workers and agents with the highest quality audio and video available at the desktop.

The VideoCloud Collaborate service enables two way data collaboration for two or more SMARTBoards, Podiums, PCs, Macs and/or iPads. It is offered in various options depending on your requirements, equipment and budget.

Collaboration is much much more than just data sharing! Annotate over images, edit excel spreadsheets, move objects & redesign documents - this multi-user fully interactive collaboration service is perfect for any distributed workforces.

Firewall Traversal

The VideoCloud Firewall Traversal Service allows endpoints inside a network to securely receive video calls from registered professional Telepresence and Video Conferencing systems, PC and MAC users, or Smartphone and Tablet users located outside the network.

No longer does a company need to have their own ISDN lines! The VideoCloud ISDN Gateway service enables ordinary telephony, mobile or H.320 devices to reach any public IP video conferencing system or customer owned MCU.

And even better - The VideoCloud ISDN Gateway Service paired with the VideoCloud Firewall Traversal Service enables private systems to be accessed too!

The VideoCloud SIP/H.323 Transcoding service enables any SIP only video conferencing system or software to communicate with any H.323 video conferencing system or software.

With the VideoCloud SIP/H.323 Transcoding service there are no longer islands of SIP only environments not being able to connect to friends and colleagues in H.323 environments, and users of SIP only clients such as Cisco's free Jabber Client have no problem connecting to the rest of the world!

Monitor

The VideoCloud Monitoring Service is available to offer a range of fault alert systems for Video Endpoints, MCU's and Gateways. Fault alerts range from self investigation e-prompts to remote fault investigation and repair action by our technical experts.

The service can also be extended by adding in the Monitor options to the right!

VideoCloud Report - VideoCentric will collage usage, adoption and fault reports, and will analyse and discuss results via video, targeting areas for improvement

VideoCloud Schedule - For customers already with their own MCU, VideoCentric will schedule, book, organise, invite and initiate conferences at pre-determined times from within the cloud.

Concierge

The VideoCloud Concierge Service is an assisted video bridging service designed for professional telepresence suites and dedicated video conferencing rooms. Multinational, multi-lingual and 24x7 service - the VideoCloud Concierge Service is offered in partnership with BT.

The Concierge Service offers web based management for scheduling, monitoring and launching your conferences and also has a free downloadable mobile app avilable for viewing, controlling and scheduling meetings on the go!

Specialist: MCU Overflow

The unique VideoCloud MCU Overflow service is available for any organisation already with an MCU.

No need to purchase a new and expensive MCU when your current port count is reached, our MCU Overflow service will automatically detect a full MCU and trip you over to the cloud, seamlessly as and when necessary!

Specialist: Gatekeeper Neighbouring

The VideoCloud Gatekeeper Neighbouring Service is for organisations who already have their professional IP systems registered to a gatekeeper.

No need to tamper with registrations, or reregister any endpoints, this specialised service allows the whole Gatekeeper to register with ours giving all systems inside the organisation access to our services in the cloud.
