The PCS-1 videoconferencing system provides the latest in conferencing technology and user features that are easy to use while conforming to all industry standard.

The system reaches speeds up to 2 Mbps over IP networks and up to 768 Kbps over the ISDN network. The PCS-1 offers a high performance internal MCU option connecting up to six sites for a videoconference using any combination of ISDN or IP connections with the optional multipoint software option. It also has such new features as enhanced data collaboration capabilities and built-in electronic whiteboard interface.

The PCS-1 provides built-in Sony QoS technology to help ensure and enhance video quality over unmanaged networks. Superb audio is featured through AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) at 14 kHz, compliant with the MPEG-4 standard. These and other features incorporate the most advanced IT and Sony's world-wide proven AV technologies into a compact and stylish two-piece body.

Sony PCS-TL30p

The PCS-TL30 is a network ready video communication system that allows you to instantly communicate with your business counterparts over IP networks. This unit is ideal for use on individual desktops and can even be used in small meeting spaces as required. The PCS-TL30 is an all-in-one video communication system that includes a digital PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) camera, a widescreen 17.1-inch*1 WXGA LCD that doubles as a PC monitor, speakers, and a microphone in a single lightweight and slim body.

Sony PCS-G70

The flagship PCS-G70 video communication system is Sony's latest solution to meet the needs of our high-end customers. The PCS-G70 boasts a maximum video transfer rate of 4 Mb/s over an IP network, and it provides the highest resolution video of all models in the PCS Series. By adopting the H.263 video codec/4CIF format, the PCS-G70 produces image resolution comparable to that of standard TV broadcasts. It can also be used with the H.264 video codec for higher throughput and with previous versions of the ITU-T videoconferencing codecs to maintain compatibility with legacy systems.
