The TANDBERG 6000 MXP Codec is the integrator’s codec of choice. With its standard rack mountable dimensions, this codec incorporates all the legendary power of the TANDBERG 6000 MXP video system and is ideal for customized integrations and specialized rooms.

Integrator Package includes: 6000 MXP Codec, Precision HD Camera, microphone, tracker and cables

Many business are now implementing videoconferencing to reduce travel time and costs between remote sites. As part of this implementation, invariably, they are buying HD Ready LCD or Plasma screens, they look good, they save space and they are multi-purpose. Here lies the problem however, if you receive a signal that has a significantly lower resolution than your screen can display, all the extra pixels won't help it look better. This is why some people who have bought high definition LCD's or Plasmas have been dismayed at the quality of the picture - videoconferencing systems just don't provide enough detail to look good on a high-definition set.
